Our Pilates Matwork and Equipment classes offer a range of levels to suit all abilities, from beginners to advanced. Matwork classes are a great place to learn the basic movements, breathing patterns and stability of the spine. STOTT PILATES® Reformer classes add functional strength training and resistance to build on foundation matwork principles.
