We want you to feel relaxed and comfortable for all the time you spend with us. Whether you're attending classes or hiring out our facilities here are a few tips to help you get the most of your visit.
Before the class
If you're not sure which class to take then speak to one of our qualified instructors or call our reception so that we can advise which class will be most suitable for you.
There is no membership fee, simply book online for the 1-2-1, class or classes you want to take.
We encourage you to wear comfortable workout clothing that fits your form so instructors can see your body in action. For Pilates-based appointments and classes shoes are not allowed but socks are encouraged.
When to eat
It is important that you ensure your body is adequately fuelled for your workout. We recommend a light snack an hour to thirty minutes beforehand.
Water is vital to a healthy body and we recommend drinking water, herbal teas or fresh juices before and after your session.
Changing rooms and showers
Our facilities offer separate changing rooms and showers for male and female clients. Please bring your own towel.
Free WiFi access is available throughout the building.
